Learn the basics of bread baking and bake your own 100%whole grain bread. You will never go back to readymade stuff.

In this session, we will discuss the basics of bread baking and share the tips for handling different type of bread dough. You will be able to bake with whole wheat flour and with multiple flour combinations.

These super soft buns go well with Bhajji and vada both.

Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup fine semolina
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 a cup milk
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp butter/oil
1tbsp milk for milk wash
1tbsp melted butter
Sesame seeds for garnish
