A postgraduate in Biochemistry, I have just finished Masters in English Literature. Cooking is something I learned after marriage. We are a family of foodies who having lived at different places love to try different types of food. Baking happened by chance when I was in Hanoi a few years ago. Our daughter was getting more inclined towards eating pizzas and cookies, the refined flour and excess sugar was the cause of my concern. This is when I started baking breads and cookies with whole wheat flour. Now baking is a passion for me.
